Can I get a free reading?
I try to keep my rates low in an attempt to make myself accessible to everyone. Offering free readings to some clients wouldn't be fair to my paying clients. There is also a time issue, if I were to give away free readings the volume of requests would soon become more than I could handle. In the past chat events for clients both new and old in which all readings and advice were given, were free of charge. If you would like a free reading you could wait for one of these events but there is no guarantee of when or if one will occur.
Do you accept credit cards?
I do not accept credit cards directly however you can pay with a credit card via Paypal.
Can I pay by check or money order?
Sorry, as of right I am only accepting payments via paypal.
I have been disappointed with readings from other Psychics before, how can I know you are different?
People often tell me their stories of readings they had received from other psychics in the past that for one reason or another didn't work out or left them feeling dissatisfied in general. No one is perfect including myself but as an assurance to my clients I offer a money back guarantee to anyone who may not be satisfied with their reading.
Can you do a spell to make something happen?
No, I can and will not cast spells. I can however provide guidance and the insight to help give you the tools to shape and make changes in your own life.
What percentage is your accuracy?
The insight that I to give to my clients into their lives is very much driven by and gleaned from feelings and emotions so it can't really be quantified into a number. I can say however the vast majority of people who have come to see me have been pleased with the experience. I also offer a money back guarantee to anyone who may not be satisfied with their reading.
I have a medical/health related question, can you help me?
I'm sorry, I am not a medical professional and therefore do not feel comfortable delving into health related issues.
How long will it take to get my reading?
Completion times will vary depending on client volume however typical completion is within 4 to 7 days of payment clearing and receipt of questions.
How long will it take to receive my follow up email?
Follow up emails are provided as a courtesy to clients, to provide clarity if any of the points of the reaing were ambiguous or confusing. They are provided on an "as I can" basis, keeping in mind that paid readings must be a priority. I do my very best to respect the concerns of my clients and respond within two weeks, however the volume of readings and business in my schedule may cause delays.
How can I buy a chat or phone reading?
At the moment I am only offering email readings but I will be adding chat and phone readings in the future so keep checking back.
Are you able to separate your own moral opinions from your readings? I need guidance but I don't want
to be judged.
Guidance is indeed what I am here to provide and not judgment. I have not yet encountered a situation in which my own opinions and morals have interfered with my ability to give my clients the enlightenment that they are entitled to. If however this were to occur a full refund would be issued immediately.
Can I purchase a 3 question reading, ask one now and save the rest for later?
No, I'm sorry but due to the volume of clients this sort of thing would quickly become unmanageable.
