Privacy Policy
I will not under any circumstance, share, sell or pass on your email address. I may use it to contact you regarding special offers or promotions but will cease to do so immediately if you advise me you wish to cease receiving emails from this website. Your email address, name, financial information and any other personal or private details you provide during the purchasing or reading process will not be disclosed or divulged under any reason and is protected by a moral and ethical confidentiality.

Liability Policy
Psychic Mitchell Black and/or PND Communications will not be held liable for any personal issues arising from the use of this site or it's services. Any choices or decisions made as a result of information provided by Psychic Readings or other media provided by this site, is an act of independent will on your part. The service provider is not responsible for the consequences of any such actions.

Use of this site in any form constitutes agreement and understanding that Psychic Mitchell Black has, in good faith, offered services which are intended as personal tools for entertainment and growth. The service provider is not responsible or in any way liable for any technical problems that may arise from use of this website. This site is provided on an AS IS basis.

Acceptable Use
This website requires that users not access this site unless they are 18 years of age or older and legally entitled to do so in their place of residence. Any consequences resulting from unlawful use or accessing of this site will be solely the responsibility of the user.

Fraud will not be tolerated and any offending parties will be prosecuted to the full extent possible.

Refusal of Service
Psychic Mitchell Black reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. This includes but is not limited to, premium readings, free readings and/or site access. Refusal of service may be necessary for any number of reasons, including but not limited to the following:

Health Related Questions - I am not a certified practitioner of holistic or conventional medicine, therefore I am unable to assume responsibility or liability for providing advice related to health matters.
Predictions Surrounding Death - I will not provide any predictions related to death or passing in the future.
Unhealthy Dependence (Addiction) - I will not assist a client if I feel beyond a doubt, that he or she is dependent on my services in a way that is unhealthy or damaging to them. While it does not occur often, there are cases where clients may feel the need to rely on a reader to confirm or assist them with so many aspects of their lives, that they lose their own way and lose sight of their own voice and their own strength. I will not provide my services to anyone, If I believe this is harming them.

If services have been paid for but will not be provided, a full refund of the purchase price will be sent immediately, along with a description of the reason for refusal. This is not something that I take lightly but it is necessary.

Guarantee Policy
The service provider will offer refunds of any paid Psychic Services if the client voices their objection to the quality of the service within the first 10 minutes of any paid Psychic reading that is timed in nature (ie: chat or phone readings). Email readings may be refunded as well provided a client objects to the quality of the reading within 4 days of receiving the reading. Clients who have obtained refunds for these reason may not purchase additional Psychic Services from Psychic Mitchell Black.

Pricing Structure
I reserve the right to reduce or increase prices for services without notice. While the service provider strives to maintain accuracy and clarity in pricing, any promotional prices or previous prices accidentally found anywhere on the site or at any other location, will not be honoured unless previously arranged. Any disputes in regard to the price will be subject to the guarantee stated above and be offered the option of a refund.
